Refund Policy on physical prepaid travel sim and eSim
- Products purchased, received & opened are not refundable or exchangeable. 
- Incorrect products delivered are not returnable after 7 days.  
  Products need to be unopened/original packaging. 
- Opened items are strictly not returnable or refundable.  
 
Cancellation Policy 
- Once the order is processed, no cancellation is allowed.  
- Any cancellation request will be subjected to 5% surcharge of the total order amount.  
 
Out of Stock Products 
- We will proceed with the refund if the product is unavailable. A refund will be made to your original mode of payment and will be credited within 7-14 days depending on your bank.
